Hey everyone, I am trying to find a website to post about someone I met once but didn’t get a chance to talk to again. I really want to reconnect with that person. I’ve heard that some websites let you write about these lost moments, hoping the other person might see it. Did it work for you? And what’s the best place to try?

If you’re trying to find someone you saw once but didn’t get the chance to talk to, there are websites where people post about moments like that. You can write when and where it happened and what you remember. It also helps you to express your feelings and keep the memory alive.

On Google, you will find many platforms that offer this kind of service. It’s a good idea to keep your post simple and clear. Just share enough details so the person might recognize it, but avoid giving out too much personal information. The hope is that the other person might see your message and reply. It’s a kind and simple way to try and reconnect.

Last week, I met someone really kind at a coffee shop. We talked for a few minutes, but then I had to leave quickly and didn’t get their name or number. I have been thinking about that moment ever since. A friend told me about missed connections where people post messages hoping to find someone they met once but lost contact with. I gave it a try and shared my story. Now I’m just hoping they see it and reach out.

You’re doing the right thing by sharing your story. I had a similar moment and used Doublelist’s missed connections. I shared my story there, and believe it or not, the person saw it and replied! So don’t give up, it really works.
