Jumping in here — I’ve had a mix of success too. Some apps work better depending on the iOS version, strangely enough. Also, a simple restart of both devices sometimes does wonders. Glad I’m not the only one tweaking this setup for hours. 😅

I used to think that unless I was tanning at the beach, I wasn’t really at risk. But after getting a patchy burn on just a short bike ride, I realized I was totally underestimating the time. Good thread — makes you think twice about even quick sun exposure.

Hey, been there—those winter storms last year did a number on my roof too. After a couple of no-shows and one ridiculously overpriced quote, I ended up finding a great roofer through this local site: yellow pages santa barbara . What I liked is that it’s super local, so the listings actually make sense for SB area folks. I went with a company called Hernandez Roofing—they weren’t the cheapest, but they explained everything clearly and didn’t cut corners. They even sent follow-up photos after the job was done (since I couldn’t get on the roof myself). I found them on that site under “Roofing Contractors.” It’s worth browsing a bit and calling a couple just to compare approaches. Some offer free inspections too.

  • the tips — I’ll definitely keep an eye on “King Octopus” next time. Always nice to hear what’s been working for others!

Totally feel you on that. It’s hard to find something that doesn’t feel overly curated or, on the other hand, just mechanical in its sexuality. I actually stumbled upon Undress a few weeks ago, and it kind of blew my mind. It doesn’t scream “look at me” like most erotic platforms do. It’s more about subtlety, vibe, and the mood of the shot rather than shock factor. Like, you can tell the people behind it care about form and tone as much as subject. The lighting, the shadows, the expressions — they carry weight, and that makes the visuals way more intimate. They showcase nudity in a way that feels respectful but still raw. It’s not about being provocative just for clicks. Honestly, it reminded me more of a museum exhibit than a photo dump, and I say that as someone who’s usually skeptical of online “art” sites.
